Despite the seasonal chill, They arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection. The necessary work work was clearly explained, including photos. I’d put this off a long time, so really no surprises about what needed to be done. Work that could be was done immediately, the rest (masonry) scheduled for a more favorable season. Will be using them again when all I need is a routine cleaning.

I had them come out to look at my air duct as the flue was sticking, and I had never used the system since buying my house. I was advised that the entire insert needs replacing. Not really what I wanted to hear, but I value the honesty and respect that I was given. They were SO nice and kept me updated on my appointment window.Definitely a company you should do business with, and one I will use in the future as well.
